• Staff was great.
• Management is very poor.

“This place is filthy, sorry no other way to describe it. The low tree limbs making parking impossible without scratching an RV unit. The RV sites have never been cleaned, etc. Cement pads are broken. The park is mostly made up of full time residents living in campers and 60 -70 park models. It appears to be a slum type of situation. The chairs sitting out front were so dirty, I would not think of sitting on them, all that would be needed is to machine wash the covers. My only plus is that some employees seem to be rather nice individuals. Red ants are plentiful. It is not a place I would recommend for the tourist to stay. Sorry, but there is no need to have filthy conditions.”

• Keeps your kids entertained. Awesome bike trail. Huge swimming pool. Great location.
• Wish we could have stayed a little longer.

“We had nothing but a good experience here. The store was very clean and well stocked. The hamburgers, sandwiches and pizza we ordered from the store were excellent. Yes, there were some kids around but this place is huge! It has 772 sites! We have kids and they really enjoyed themselves. Unlike a lot of other places that do not have really anything for kids to do besides a swimming pool or have other kids to interact with, this place will keep your kids entertained and out of your hair so you can do what you enjoy doing. We loved the fact that it was out of the city but still close to a bunch of stores and restaurants! We look forward to our next visit.”

• Big pool.
• Too many trees blocking satellite, too many unruly kids.

“Camp store was filthy dirty. Unless you really love kids that run wild don't stay here. It is not in a good area of town and there are kids all over the place. I don't mind well behaved kids and teenagers but there seemed to be allotting of kids left to their own devices there and it wasn't a pleasant thing. There are too many trees and it is hard to find a site that you can get a decent satellite signal on.”
