• Large clean and well maintained sites and pool/bathroom/laundry area's.
• Management appears somewhat unfriendly at times.

“My wife and I discovered this beautiful place in May of 2007 and decided to stay a month. The weather was hot and dry and this was just what my wife and I needed. Her coughing cleared up and her lungs never sounded better. My aches and pains disappeared within a week of using the spa and pool daily. She loved the activities and we both used the weight rooms and the concrete walkway along the lake for our morning walks. We have returned every November since 2007 and are now yearly members. Some of the other reviews we have read about Sunbeam Lake most certainly do not reflect our experiences and those of our friends while there.”

• Friendly people and helpful office staff.
• The wind blows intermittently and that is like the rain in the northwest.

“We discovered this beautiful resort five years ago. Work is always in progress to improve the resort. They provide fantastic meals at all the major functions (thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, and the Snowbird appreciation dinner. If you like fishing, there is a wonderful lake about a mile long that is continually stocked during the winter with large trout. If you want an awesome park to stay at during the winter, come to Sunbeam Lake RV Resort.”

• Nice size lots.
• Air pollution.

“Wide street and nice size lots. Managers/staff not that friendly. There is a feed lot or something that stinks quite badly. Regulars joke about it. Don't know how long you have to stay to get over it. Between the stink, constant field burning close by, wood and garbage fires not a nice place for the nose and lungs.”

• I like the entire place country setting that affords spectacular sunsets.
• Nothing.

“We happened upon this gem in August. The managers/owners were so gracious and pleasant. We decided to try it for a month or so. We came in November the place is spotless, the laundry room, and shower areas are clean and well kept. No duck/bird poor can be seen anywhere. There is work going on to make the place even nicer. Trees, plants, flowers are definitely in evidence. We have no complaints (we've been here a month and expect to stay 3 more). It is a great place to spend the winter, and we are happy to have found so nice a place.”

• Cannot think of anything.
• Storage area looks like a junk pile.

“We were parked by the back by the dog run. It was in front of a huge area of dirt that just blew and blew. There is no grass anywhere in the park. Just dead grass and places where grass use to be and died. The rates were really high for what you get. We will not be staying there anymore. ”
