The closeness of the sea and the generally friendly Nature of the residents.
There is too much graffiti and there is a Nasty under element (criminal) within the bay which I think should be stamped out.

“Although I was not born in Titahi Bay I moved here about 15 years ago and now love the place. I have owned two houses in the bay and now live here with my partner. I find the place peaceful and appreciate the near proximity of the seaside. I love the sea.”

Umm that it didn't last longer.
