Middle Park Beach
May 30, 2006 by Fiona Mackenzie from Melbourne
Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10

  • Close to the city, stunning landscape, clean beach, great cafes.
  • There is only one Middle Park. There should be more!

“Beautiful beach, clean and safe neighborhood, stunning architecture, great cafes. Middle Park is a truly beautiful part of Melbourne, and it's extremely close to the city. Check out the community's website on www.middle-park.com for lots of great pictures.”

Great Sights Great Ocean Road Explorer tour
Mar 21, 2006 by Bella from New York City
Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10

  • Amazing scenery, so much to see and do.
  • Long road, can feel a little car sick.

“We landed in Melbourne and went straight down the GOR. It was the coolest road trip. We stopped in Gee long, a cute town with a nice waterfront, but the best thing was staying at the gorgeous Haymarket Boutique Hotel and eating yummy pizza at Hey Leroy. We stopped at Torque, where we bought heaps of surf clothes and visited little cafes and shops until we got to Lorne. Great vibe in the cafes and street, everyone was chilled and it had a great beach where we spent most of our days, reading books and eating fish 'n' chips. We continued driving to the 12 apostles which was breathtaking, but the further you go, the towns do get quieter, which is fine, but not too many young people and less to do. I did love the Otways though, very lush and green and the Otway Fly was heaps of fun.”
